About Mitchell Mills:
I am a Pastoral Care Leader as the Head of Year 11/12 at Saint Stephen’s College. In addition to being a senior Health and Physical Education and Biology Teacher, I have extensive experience working with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority where I have played a pivotal role in confirming assessment items and leading external marking operations.
I have a passion in designing and implementing wellbeing programs for students. This passion led to me developing the successful Changing Lanes Program, which fosters vulnerability and meaningful connections among students. The program has been developed to over 500 students and has been nationally recognised.
I have also served Head of House, where I supported student engagement within the house system.
