I am a dedicated recruiter with three years of experience supporting a First Nations organisation in building strong, values-driven teams. Alongside my professional role, I study Social Work part time. My studies deepen my understanding of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed practice, and community development, all of which strengthen my work as a recruiter. Combining practical recruitment experience with social work knowledge allows me to approach my role with empathy, integrity, and cultural awareness. I am committed to contributing to positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities through ethical and purposeful recruitment practices.

Prior to working in recruitment, I gained valuable experience at Centrelink, where I worked within the disability and employment services sectors. Earlier in my career, I worked as a qualified baker within the blue-collar workforce. This hands-on trade experience provided me with a strong work ethic, resilience, and an understanding of operational environments.

I am currently studying Social Work part time and have been undertaking my studies for the past five years. My education has strengthened my understanding of social justice, advocacy, community development, and trauma-informed practice, supporting my professional growth and people-focused approach.
