Deloitte Digital, London, Senior Consultant (Jun 2022 - Present)

• Led an e-commerce analytics workstream for a large UK retailer with annual revenues of £10bn. Through pioneering the creation of the first series of Tableau dashboards across their business, I identified £5m in potential annual savings through optimising product substitutions and supply chain operations. One dashboard was selected as a “Success Story” by Tableau technical experts and used as an exemplar to enhance Tableau adoption across the UK firm.
• Acted as a Tableau SME, providing on the ground training as well as recording a series of 10 webcasts for the client team, disseminated on a national scale with a reach of 2,500 employees. 
• Developed detailed technical designs for the streamlined future state data architecture of a new order fulfilment system. The new data pipeline designs enabled live data streaming to achieve improved, intraday reporting, compared to the 2 day lag their legacy system managed. This broke down silos of 5 different data warehouses to create a single source of truth.
• Was extended 8 times by client request and led 5 different workstreams, gaining autonomy, responsibility and building strong relationships with the client executive team. 
• Supported the first implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for Deloitte UK at a large airline company, which will be fundamental to achieving their 100% growth objective.
• Led a cutting edge Deloitte business proposition by designing a measurement framework for Metaverse analytics. This framework was subsequently implemented for a key client account.

Deloitte Digital, London, Consultant (Sep 2021 - May 2022)

• Fast-track promoted to senior consultant (9 months instead of 2 years) in a 60+ person cohort.  
  Independently and proactively self-taught SQL to enable me to lead the data engineering team for a high-profile public sector client, which included setting up the data pipeline to deliver critical daily insights, during the roll out of a national COVID-19 healthcare program.
• Identified and flagged absence of >5 million test products from records, enabling fast data pipeline correction. It was critical to deliver accurate national reporting of COVID-19 spread in vulnerable communities, so that senior government officials could refine public health strategy.

Deloitte Digital, London, Analyst (Sep 2019 - Aug 2021)

• Autonomously led dashboard creation for WebOps to track site performance, across three retail clients. The dashboards pinpointed customer blockers and enabled fast initiation of fixes.
• These dashboards yielded estimated savings upwards of £100k and led to extended scope; a multi-year project with two Analysts, whilst I retained an advisory role as an SME.

Dashboard creation for audiences varying from Director of Online Trade to the UK Prime Minister. Placed in the top 5 for the Deloitte Global Iron Viz games, hosted by Tableau.

Proficient in writing SQL for a variety of cloud platforms including Snowflake, Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift. Data prep expertise in optimising dashboard data sources.
