  • Currently developing the 2026 National Event Plan and Budget, mapping event purpose, audience, locations, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Managed the full lifecycle of national events including logistics, budgets, supplier coordination, registration systems and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinated multi-day builder retreats, training sessions, awards nights and conferences across Queensland, South Australia and Victoria.
