im janice Sanchez, I have 10 years Experience as customer service , I admit it’s different from my current work but I’m willing to learn and do my best to join to your team. I’m 43 years old a mother of 1. 

I’m currently working in McDonalds McCafé department  as crew coach and barista , I’m the one who teach the new crews in mccafe department. as a barista I’m doing coffees, stockings , helping drive thru and kitchen , and  also customer service , i‘m serving customers , taking thier orders and delivering their orders in a friendly and professional manners. 

I finished my certicate III in retail
