To whom it may concern, I am a motivated and enthusiastic employee, and through my time working in various Bars, clubs and breweries around Perth I have developed a sound passion and knowledge of the brewery and distillation process, the importance of working in cohesion with your team and also having fun. I’d love to expand my skill set into the retail space and lend my passion and knowledge to every customer helping them enhance their drinking experience, introducing them to a new favorite or just by being a friendly helping hand. I hold a valid RSA, managers red card, covid safe certificate, drivers license, but most importantly a love of all types of good brews, a good eye for detail, and enthusiasm to continue my learning and knowledge in the industry by expanding into the retail space. I would love for my application to be considered as I believe my previous work experience has instilled in me a great worth ethic, knowledge and the ability to pick up tasks quickly to apply in any new setting or venue and to also have fun and enjoy the work we do. - Organizing collaborations with and events with Brands and artists to help promote and foster a culture around the brand. 

- Providing feedback and opinion on bar redesign to provide a functional and aesthetic workspace.

 - Conducting staff training sessions for new staff to ensure standards of service are kept to a high level. 

- Vast knowledge of all products, including the Gin and Vodka. 

- Being able to explain to the patron in a professional way, what goes into the product, the process and the taste in a clear, concise and passionate way, even if the bar is extremely busy.

 - Solid understanding of all POS systems, making sure everything is laid out in a clear way that is efficient and easy for new staff to use. 

- Closing the bar, ensuring all fridges are stocked and everything has been washed and put back properly for the opening staff the next morning. This includes pumping wines, settling accounts on till, washing and putting back everything used for the cocktail stations, properly cleaning the coffee machine with a backflush and cleaning all group heads. 

- Exceptional customer service presented in a relaxed manner. - Maintaining a clean and tidy bar area. - Doing stock take for the retail/bar stock.
