With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from the Kempinski Group, the JW Marriott, The Alila group of hotels and The Ritz-Carlton, I bring a strong passion for service excellence and operational efficiency in a luxury environment. I remain committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

I am presently GM at The Pensione Hotel, Perth. A boutique hotel part of the EVT group. I was at The Joondalup Resort as Hotel Manager prior to this, owned by Joondalup Hotel Investments. The owners here also are stakeholders at The Dusit-Thani Laguna, Singapore and  i-Villas, Bali, both being luxury establishments. Joondalup Resort ownership recently moved over to TenGolf. 

My background includes overseeing various service environments, implementing operational improvements, and driving key performance indicators to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. My dedication to precision, service and product innovation, and quality execution has earned recognition and awards for service excellence. I also won the highly commended Senior Hotel Executive award by the Australian Hotels Association. The event was in April'25. My work experience spans across multiple geographies that has equipped me with great interpersonal skills and educated me with respect for multiple cultures. This in turn has always generated great engagement not just with my guests but also with the teams I work with.

I am a multifaceted professional with over 20 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality Management, Recruitment, Operations, Process Management, Business Transformation, Revenue Management and Customer Service Management.
