Gayan Anuruddha

I'm Gayan here, I bring over five years of professional experience in the banking & customer service , particularly in finance analysis, credit analysis, business operations, and two years customer service experiences in manufacturing company. I hold a Bachelor of Business Management and I am currently completing my Master of Information Systems in Australia, where I am also gaining hands on experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Builders Academy of Australia.

My background has provided me with strong skills in data entry, data analysis, reporting, order processing , supply , and logistics along with exposure to tools and methods that support decision making and process improvements. I am confident that my combination of finance expertise with customer relationship management would allow me to contribute effectively in a  any related role.

I have over 7 years of experience in the finance sector & customer service, As an Assistant Manager Credit at Merchant Bak of Sri Lanka with expertise in credit analysis, business operations, and customer service. And as customer service executive at multinational company, which is located Avery Dennison Sri Lankan During this time, I have developed strong skills in financial data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, while working with cross-functional teams to support business decision making. Also, I've gained hands on experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Builders Acadamy Australia, working with data analysis, system workflows, and reporting tools. My combined experience in finance and business systems enables me to provide analytical insights and contribute effectively to organizational growth.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Management and am currently completed my Master of Information Systems in Australia at CQ University.
