Throughout my internship journey, I have developed excellent communication skills that are critical in a Retail Assistant role. I am comfortable engaging with clients and addressing their concerns with empathy and utmost professionalism. I am confident that my friendly nature, combined with effective communication techniques, would enable me to establish a good rapport with clients and create long-lasting customer relationships.

I am also a strong team player and understand the importance of collaboration in achieving organizational objectives. Retail Assistant role is all about teamwork and mutual support. I believe that I can foster a sense of camaraderie amongst customer service representatives, which will boost morale and productivity. My ability to collaborate and work in harmony with others will enable me to contribute to team goals and achieve success together.

Furthermore, I possess proven skills in team-building. Though I only have experiences through my internship way back 2022, I'll still assure you that I'll do my best to achieve the team goal. I still wanna learn and won't stop learning. My passion for psychology led me to participate in various group exercises and activities that taught me the importance of fostering relationships and creating an inclusive working environment. I believe it's essential to create a team spirit where team members can trust one another and value each other's opinions. I'd apply the same spirit and values to foster a team spirit within the customer service team, resulting in an efficient and cooperative working environment.

My experience in working is not that high because I only experience working through my Internship last 2022. But I assure you that I'll learn and I'm willing to learn for the company.
