As a seasoned Associate Project Manager and Supply Chain Specialist at Medline Industries, I focus on strategic project management, driving supply chain, warehouse, and production initiatives that deliver significant cost savings and operational excellence. My expertise in Agile Methodology has been instrumental in successfully launching and managing 17 initiatives, resulting in a cost reduction of $1.4 million.

With a versatile background across industries such as medical, FMCG, construction, and retail, I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, implementing cost-saving measures, and optimizing logistics operations. My core strengths include agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and the strategic use of technology to enhance operational efficiency and foster business growth.

I have held key roles in several multi-national companies over the last 7 years, gaining diverse experience in project management, supply chain management and logistics. My diverse work experience shows my versatility and willingness to learn new skills. 

I am passionate about change, whether being in the environment or people's lives and am regularly supporting charities and offer support work on the side for the disabled community.

Currently, I am an Associate Project Manager at Medline Australia, where I oversee strategic projects for APAC warehouses, driving operational, financial, and technical improvements. Since commencement I have worked on 17 initiatives/projects saving Medline over 1.4million annually.

Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Supply Chain Data Specialist at Infrabuild, where I managed demand and supply planning, warehousing, and procurement, focusing on optimising multi-million-dollar inventories and integrating SAP IBP. Before Infrabuild, I served as a Business Analyst at Foxtel, where I leveraged tools like ServiceNow, Power BI, and SQL to improve system reliability, streamline operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making. 
I also worked as a Supply Chain Specialist/Analyst at Australian Red Cross LifeBlood, managing the procurement, logistics, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and blood products, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

My early career included roles at Toll Group, where I progressed from a Logistics Coordinator to a Logistics Scheduling Specialist. In these positions, I managed 3PL networks, optimized logistics scheduling, and led initiatives like the implementation of a scanning barcode system and the integration of 4PL systems, significantly improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Bachelor of Commerce: Double Major in Supply Chain Management and Public Relations
