Experience
With more than 10 years of experience in customer/relationship service roles in air line, Insurance and finance industry, I have a passion for customer services. Currently I am working as a relationship officer for Al Hemaya insurance brokerage wll in Lusail marina Qatar and I have worked for emirates air lines (dnata) as a customer service executive also as a personal banking advisor in standard chartered bank Sri Lanka.
Outside of the banking and airline industry, currently I am working in insurance industry as a Relationship officer/financial advisor. I believe that my familiarity with the customer service in airline industry, tele sales, banking background, customer relationship, market circumstances, risk analyzing, and sales principles of the industry has given me a deep understanding throughout my career.
