Hi, I’m Cain—an adaptable professional with a technical background in ICT support, projects, and stakeholder coordination. I’m now studying Data Analytics, not just because it’s useful, but because it’s something I’ve always done instinctively - Whenever I hear data, I picture how it could be visualised—it's just how my brain works. I’m looking for a full-time role where I can bring structure, curiosity, calmness under pressure and a genuine drive to understand how things connect. Outside of work, I’m a van-camping, nature-loving, golf-tragic dad who’s equally passionate about tech, superheroes, and a good binge-worthy series.

With over two decades in ICT and operations, I’ve built a reputation for solving complex problems with structure, calmness, and a touch of humour. At Telstra, I led national-scale IVR services for Services Australia, coordinated high-pressure incident responses, and authored 200+ documentation assets that streamlined cross-team collaboration. My work spanned technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and QA automation—most notably designing Cyara test suites with thousands of cases to validate call routing and infrastructure.
I’ve onboarded government clients, trained teams, and driven process improvements across secure remote and multi-site environments. Whether briefing execs, mentoring colleagues, or wrangling legacy systems into order, I bring a steady hand and a systems mindset to every challenge. Now studying data analytics, I’m pivoting toward roles where I can apply my instinct for visualising data, uncovering patterns, and connecting the dots between operations, technology, and people.
