I am passionate about creating software that not only helps our clients to increase performance, but also makes their lives easier through the implementation of more efficient, easy to use systems.

I have been extremely fortunate over the past 10 years to have worked on a range of projects, including HR & Payroll systems, a European-based advertising solution, and a research-based project involving technical research and Workforce Optimisation software.

I am particularly proud of my involvement in developing and product managing the innovative Workforce Optimisation and upcoming Talent Management solutions for BlueSky Creations. Designed to significantly improve productivity, efficiency, and performance, without added complexities, I am excited to see how much every client will benefit from these products.

In my role as Head of Delivery, I place high importance on both creating exceptional software, and establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with every client. I believe that listening to my clients to gain a clear insight into the problems that need to be solved, and aiming to not only meet but exceed expectations in the delivery, are key factors in any product’s success.

I value having the freedom in my role to explore new possibilities and opportunities through continual research of new technologies. This enables me to ensure that I am implementing the best approach for BlueSky and our customers going forward, as I strongly believe that honesty and staying ahead of the curve are the keys to any successful project delivery.
