About Ashkan Salehi:

I'm an experienced Planner and Scheduler with a solid background in project standards, and
tools like PMBOK, P6, MS Project, MS Office, and VBA. My strengths lie in project planning
and scheduling, delay and ETA analysis, resource management (allocation, leveling, and
forecasting), earned value analysis, and risk management.
I'm a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and I work well with stakeholders,
bringing solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to the table. Over the years
working at contractor and client sides, I’ve built effective metric frameworks to track project
progress and created automated reports that give teams and stakeholders clear visibility on
project performance. I have a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and
within budget. I bring expertise across various sectors, including Oil and Gas, Mining,
telecommunications, and commercial construction.

18 years of experience in project planning/ scheduling. Worked in both cl and contractor side. Different industries such as oil and gas, construction, telco, electrical and instrumentation. Expert in using P6, MSP, Excel, VBA.

Risk analysis, Delay analysis, Critical path analysis, EOT, Reporting etc.
