    Contract Administrator - Melbourne, Australia - Aspect Personnel

    Description

    Company:

    Tier 3 Contractor specialising in Social Infrastructure and Government Projects up to $50m. A growing business with aspirations to reach the $60-70M project scale, whilst building an excellent reputation with their repeat clients and subcontractors in the area.

    This business promotes from within and ensures there is no ceiling on your own development. You will be joining a team that prioritises you the need for flexibility, hybrid working arrangements and a variety of extra weekly activities to ensure that you feel appreciated in the work place.

    This role has been introduced due to two recent promotions.

    ROLE:
    Reporting into a Project Manager,
    You will be required to:

    • Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
    • Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
    • Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
    • Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
    • Manage the procurement for whole construction lifestyle

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The successful candidate will be able to:

    • Demonstrated experience commercial projects from $10M+
    • Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator on Commercial projects
    • Experience in Procurement and stakeholder management
    • Ability to work closely with colleagues
    • Excellent communication skills & client relationship
    • Unlimited Australian working rights
