- Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level either as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager (3 years)
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening
- Detail focused with an organised approach and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, vibrant and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Bookkeeping /finance experience is highly regarded
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
- Having you own car/vehicle will be necessary due to this being a more remote location

How You'll Shine
As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel, overseeing daily activities, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will encompass welcoming and registering owners and guests, furnishing details regarding local area attractions, handling administrative tasks, and adeptly addressing any guest concerns that may surface.
