We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Lead Process Analyst to lead process mapping, improvement, and service transformation as a part of our Digital Transformation Program. Initially, focusing on establishing future visions for services and processes, collaborating later with implementation partners and process owners to define business rules and requirements for technology configuration.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough analysis and documentation of existing business processes related to the current ERP system.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather insights on workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Leading workshops to design future-state processes aligned with the upgraded ERP system.
• Developing detailed process maps and related documentation for future-state processes.
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process maps.
• Communicating effectively with teams to ensure understanding of business requirements.
• Collaborating with Change Management team on transition strategies between current and future processes.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Lead Process Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their impact on processes.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of change management principles.
