    Description

    Our client is a growing construction business specializing in various sectors of the property industry, such as residential, commercial, retail, and refurbishments. This is a great chance to join a vibrant company that is on an exciting journey of substantial growth.

    Are you looking to kick start your HR career? Maybe you come from a recruitment background and are interested in specializing in HR?

    This special role involves supporting HR and Talent Acquisition, managing recruitment processes, employee lifecycle tasks, learning & development programs, and general HR admin.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment:

    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and oversee candidate screenings.
    • Conduct reference and pre-employment checks.

    Employment Lifecycle:

    • Prepare employment contracts and necessary HR documentation.
    • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
    • Ensure accurate updates for payroll.

    Learning & Development:

    • Organize training schedules and maintain attendance records.
    • Manage employee certifications and external training programs.
    • Employee Engagement.

    General Administration:

    • Address employee queries and maintain HR records.
    • Assist in report drafting as required.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of HR or Recruitment experience.
    • HR qualification preferred.
    • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

    Position Details:

    • Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
    • Competitive salary package up to $100,000.
    • Location: North Sydney.
    • 5 days in-office (non-hybrid).
