- Managing projects and delivery of engineering investigation, assessment, and design and construction management documentation across a range of sectors.
- Design of roads, bulk earthworks and drainage.
- Manage and communicate project requirements.
- Multi-discipline project delivery by utilising a variety of civil design packages.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated experience within a tier 1 and/or tier 2 engineering consultancy.
- Minimum 3 to 5 post-graduate years of experience as a competent consulting engineer,
- Experience in preparing detailed design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater drainage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time, whilst working autonomously.
- Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statuary compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of civil design software such as 12D Model and/or Civil 3D.
- Competent and independent use of other civil modelling software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, Autoturn and AutoCAD.
- Organise and coordinate people and work in a decisive manner.
- Excellent communication skills - able to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
- Creative problem-solving skills to continually finds ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
- Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across multiple offices.
- Handles interruptions, changes, and challenges
