Details

: Within the CIO Branch, the Director Platform Strategy and Architecture will work with business units that utilise the Salesforce (Field Services) platform. You will be responsible for managing the architectural components of the Salesforce IT Systems to ensure that they are available and functional to perform the operational services for the appropriate business units.

As a senior leader within TCCS, this role requires a person who can inspire, energise and positively influence team and individual outcomes. The role is responsible for supervising, managing and motivating a team and providing appropriate support and guidance. Effective employee engagement skills are a key enabler in the performance of this role as is a values-based leadership style.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Architecture and with Salesforce Service Cloud experience, and maintenance activities including understanding of enterprise frameworks.

Demonstrated experience of Salesforce lifecycle management, application/solution architectures, tools, methods, standards, processes, and information.

Demonstrated knowledge in system integration tools, such as 'MuleSoft' and the ability to work independently and as part of a large team.

Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams in a fast-paced, complex technical environment, including motivation, prioritisation, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated experience in IT and Digital analytical, conceptual, research and a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
