Working alongside the Key Operator you willbe responsible for assisting in the setup of all aspects of the Converting machines,in a timely and accurate manner; prepare tooling/materials for the next orderto facilitate a quick change-over; keep the work area clean; machine cleaningand basic preventative maintenance; perform in-process quality checks; stackbundles; and assist the Operator to ensure the machinery runs at its optimumperformance.

To besuccessful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

A 'proactive/selfstarter attitude;

Demonstratedperformance in current/ previous role;

Ability towork as part of a team as well as independently;

A methodical approach to problem solving;

Good communication skills;

Driven to exceed targets and identify opportunities forimprovement;

Willing and able to work across other machines within yourskillset;

Willingness and aptitude for training and progression into anOperator position;

A strong focus on quality and commitment to upholding WorkplaceHealth & Safety standards in your own work and that of others.
