About the Opportunity
The Site Manager plays a key role in optimizing the performance of our 88MW Kareeya Hydro Power Station in Tully. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations with a focus on health, safety, and the environment; the Site Manager supervises the implementation of CleanCo's asset management strategy following CleanCo's policies, standards, and frameworks.
Leading on-site engineering, operators, and maintenance staff, you will guarantee the reliability and availability of this crucial generation asset, while seeking opportunities for optimization to support CleanCo's trading strategy. As a member of the Operational Leadership Team, you will contribute to shaping CleanCo's strategic direction and ensure that activities at Kareeya align with the overall plan, budget, and asset management strategy.
