The role:

Join us as an Estimator at Kinetic, where you will be essential in estimating repairs for damaged vehicles, generating quotes and invoices for insurance purposes, and ensuring quality control in vehicle handover. Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, you will play a key role in upholding our service standards and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage estimation process for accident buses and handle invoicing and record updates.
• Collaborate with insurance providers, vendors, and assessors to build positive relationships.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Support vehicle repairs throughout the workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive estimator
• Trade qualification preferred
• Prior experience with automotive quoting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve results
• Passionate team player with attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn
