We are Fonterra, big player in the dairy industry. In Australia, we gather milk from local Aussie Farmers in Victoria and Tasmania and transform it into popular dairy products found in supermarkets like Perfect ItalianoTM, MainlandTM, Western StarTM, and BegaTM. Moreover, we provide dairy ingredients to top food companies globally and collaborate with food services in Australia to bring dairy products to chefs.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Ingredients Customer Value Chain Manager, you'll be the link between Fonterra regional office and Fonterra Australia concerning export matters. Your role involves ensuring on-time customer order delivery and compliance with export regulations.

Located at our Richmond head office with WFH flexibility, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery expectations.

You Will Also:

Efficiently handle order fulfillment and customer inquiries aligned with sales strategies
Act as the go-to person for order fulfillment for assigned customers, ensuring completion of each sales order and documentation
Ensure accurate documentation complying with regulations
Resolve delivery issues promptly including master data, IT, or shipping problems
Process export permits and health certificates for international orders timely
Develop knowledge of assigned markets and customers

About You

Communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability are crucial for this role. Ideally, you have FMCG sector experience, strong Excel skills, and Dairy industry knowledge. Driving process improvements and adding value to current processes are key responsibilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills
2-3 years' experience in customer service/administration
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with SAP systems advantageous
