responsible for processing payments for a large number of workers compensation claims across the Department. If you are looking to be part of a team
that is open minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes than this position is for you.
What you'll doAt the operational level you will allocate tasks and provide support and guidance to other staff including on the job training, quality control and feedback when appropriate.
The team is responsible for processing Workers Compensation claims and reimbursements in accordance with legislative requirements.You will be a role model and assist service officers to create a positive customer experience providing services, support and advice on workers compensation administration following existing policies and procedures.
The Shared Services and Customer Experience (SSCX) area partners in the delivery of value-added shared services, performance and risk solutions that result in improved customer experiences.
The work we do enables our customers to deliver their services.SSCX (Shared Services and Customer Experience) provide HR/Payroll and Finance transactional services to several entities within the Justice Cluster
. The
Finance Reconciliations Team provides services for Payroll/Finance Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations and Workers Compensation claim reimbursements.

are proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills with excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occurare able to handle difficult situations whilst resolving complex situations in a timely mannerhave excellent communication skills with a strong customer focussed approachbuild on staff engagement and support the development of a high performing teamExperience in leading and developing teams in the delivery of high quality, client-focused services in accordance with Departmental requirements.
