This firm is dedicated to a client-centredand personalizedapproachThe RoleThis exciting new role will have you joining and supporting a dynamic family law team as an experienced Lawyer/Solicitor.
You will oversee a range of responsibilities from start to finish, including but not limited to:Attending Alternative Dispute Resolution sessionsInstructing and working closely with Counsel
Managing Property Settlements
Drafting legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and court submissions
Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and precedents
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
Taking responsibility for client matters from start to finish
Representing clients in court proceedings when necessary
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Handling Parenting and children s matters and addressing Child support and divorce cases
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Participating in professional development activities to enhance legal expertiseAbout YouTo be considered a desirable candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:A minimum of 3 years PQE of family law experience
Exceptional organisationalskills with a sharp eye for detail
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using LEAP and MS Suite
