    HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our client site in Brisbane's CBD. This role is an immediate start until September 2024 with a potential of extension. Paying $64.13 per hour.

    About the role:

    This position is responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional contemporary
    HR advice, guidance, and support to the internal team.

    • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand resourcing needs.
    • Develop new and update existing role descriptions.
    • Apply HR policies and frameworks in achieving business outcomes.
    • Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard.
    • Support the Principal HR advisor as required to build and mature HR service delivery across the branch.

    About the individual:

    • Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check may be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
    • Excellent communication skills to deliver advice and information clearly and succinctly.
    • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with people.
    • Experience working in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
    • Experience with government writing styles is highly desirable.
    • Previous HR experience within QLD government is highly desirable
    • As this role is a temporary position, applicants must be based in QLD to be considered
