About the Role

This opportunity would suit someone looking for between 4-5 days per week, based in our Berwick clinic. This is a contract position until October, with view to make permanent. Ideally, we are looking to commence the successful candidate in May.
The Customer Service Officer - Bookings Centre is responsible for booking patient appointments via phone and electronic methods.

As the first point of contact, this role is primarily responsible for attending to patient booking requests in an efficient and responsive manner. The role will deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a values-driven, empathetic, and confidential approach to both patients and referring doctors.

Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to positively interact with our patients and referrers
Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and meeting strict deadlines
Competent data entry skills and high-level attention to detail
High level verbal and written communication skills
