    About the Role
    You will be accountable for ensuring optimization of shop floor resources to meet the Packaging schedule by upholding and enhancing safety and quality standards in Packaging. We are currently providing a $2,000 sign-on bonus to successful applicants.
    Main Duties
    • Ensure shop floor resources are optimized to achieve the packaging schedule and maintain packaging quality.
    • Support Packaging Shift Manager in meeting area goals and administrative tasks.
    • Offer guidance to team members, aid in their development, and conduct performance evaluations when needed.
    • Complete documentation as per guidelines and communicate effectively with others.
    • Contribute to team output by sharing information and resources with colleagues.
    • Assist in drafting and revising SOPs as necessary.
    • Execute people processes such as timekeeping, performance management, and leave management.
    • Conduct Safety risk assessments and CAPAs.
    • Keep packaging areas and corridors clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
    • Collaborate on TrackWise reports with the team.
    • Other duties as assigned by the role's manager.
    • Promote and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators, and actively engage in promoting safety policies and initiatives.
    • Manage work efficiently and cost-effectively to meet Operations plans and objectives.
    About you
    • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Prior GMP experience.
    • Experience in FMCG packaging.
    • Familiarity with technical documentation like URS, IQOQ, and technical drawings is highly valued.
