We have an opening for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for all matters IR/ER, recruitment, coaching and more.

Position Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly
Coordinate and execute entire recruitment processes
Provide a point of contact for HR/payroll queries
Coordinate and comply with workers compensation processes
Return to work coordination activities
Coordination with Apprenticeship Board nationwide
Coordination of and overseeing induction, on-boarding and exit processes
Preparation of new starter access in the relevant systems
Coordinate required personnel/training documents and update database
HR projects
Support the Learning and Development projects, initiatives, and daily tasks

Qualifications
Experience/Qualification Requirements

Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point applications
Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, listening etc.)
High attention to detail
Min 2-3 years' experience working in a HR Administration/Coordinator role
End to end recruitment experience
Process focused (ability to interpret information)
