Job Description

This role will focus on optimizing recoveries after attempts to enter into payment arrangements have not been successful. The person will perform specialized collection work with a specific focus on asset finance realization and recovery. Accounts may involve complex legal structures.

The role will also work with external parties in relation to:

• legal recovery.
• equipment and vehicle location
• recoverybankruptcy and liquidation actions.

Qualifications

• Asset Finance (primarily) and Unsecured Loan recovery experience

• 5 years plus experience in recoveries\collections in the commercial finance industry.

• Debtor and asset location.

• Dealing with Administrations and Liquidations.

• Experience in relevant legal concepts and in dealing with legal firms
