    The City is looking for an experienced Senior Urban Planner tojoin our team.

    You will have strong strategic thinking, researchand analysis skills, an excellent understanding of the Western Australian planning system and take pride in delivering qualitywork.

    Experience in many aspects of strategic planning and atrack record in delivery is what we are looking for


    Your focus will be:

    Leading on projects that help to implement our Local Planning Strategy through preparation, implementation andreview of planning strategies, community infrastructureplanning, precinct plans, Local Development Plans and planningstudies.

    Preparing complex scheme amendments and planningpolicies.
    Preparing formal submissions to State Government on mattersaffecting the city.
    Providing professional strategic planning expertise to theorganisation.
    Supervising external consultants to deliver the City's projects both on time and on budget.
