    Description

    As a Payroll Executive with our leading software provider client, you will be responsible for processing client payrolls, meeting time restraints and deadlines, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process payrolls within 24 hours of receipt
    • Monitor client communications and respond to general enquiries and special payroll requests
    • Process third party payments such as PAYG to ATO, Child Support, Superannuation
    • Assist in planning and implementing legislative changes to payroll
    • Reconcile general ledgers and reports
    • Maintain client payroll processing notes

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of payroll processing experience
    • Experience with date-driven systems
    • Flexible work style
    • General Ledger experience desirable
    • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
    • Good communicator and problem-solving ability
    • Team goal focused

    Terms:

    • 12-month fixed term contract with potential to extend
    • Paying $75k + superannuation
    • Flexible working arrangements
    • 5 extra days leave per year
