- Experience in managing a high sales turnover retail business
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a medium to large team
- Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders

Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the departments financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
