    About Us Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years' industry experience in Australia and New Zealand.
    We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.

    Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

    About the Project We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced road infrastructure supervisor to join our Blue Mountains project until early 2025 with the opportunity to work on Western Sydney projects following the completion of the Blue Mountainsproject.

    The Medlow Bath roadworks upgrade involves construction of a new approximately 1.2km of dual carriageway between Railway Parade and approximately 330m south of Bellevue Crescent.

    The works include earthworks, pavements, stormwater drainage, ITS, footpaths and pedestrian access, public utility adjustments and protection, street lighting, property adjustments and landscaping.

    About the Opportunity We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this project.

    Based full time on site, you will work closely with our Project Manager, to provide supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors and drive successful project outcomes.

    Day to day you will; Manage project resources (labor, materials, and subcontractors) ensuring projects are delivered safety, on time and on budget.

    Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality plans.
    Provide training and mentoring to develop leading hands and construction workers.
    Prepare daily programming of site activities.

    About you Our ideal candidate will; Be an experienced Supervisor with experience working on road infrastructureprojects of similar size and complexity Have demonstrated experience in managing people; subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.

    Be a natural problem solver and someone who enjoys working on complex projects.
    Experience managing Tf NSW road projects.
