    PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)

    MAYDAY Recruitment is delighted to collaborate with a dynamic, industry leading organisation, specialising in delivering a range of leader development initiatives throughout Australia.

    Within this exciting and rewarding opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in providing unparalleled organisational and high-level administrative support to two Portfolio Directors working closely with Operational and Project Management teams.

    In this role you will be responsible for:
    • Maintaining and managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings and dealing with any changes
    • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Arranging travel including flights, visa's and detailed itineraries
    • Maintaining quality and precision in documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
    • General high-level administrative support with on-going special projects
    • Working alongside the Marketing and Sales team to support marketing initiatives, sales presentations and contributing to brainstorming sessions
    • Planning, organising and executing medium - large scale events
    The ideal candidate
    • Prior experience working in a similar Team Assistant or EA position
    • High level of initiative and integrity
    • Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills
    • A highly organised, efficient and detail orientated individual
    • Willingness to learn and develop
    • Tech savvy and accurate typing skills
