- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development and construction phases of wind farm and other renewable energy technology projects.
- Support project teams in understanding and mitigating risks associated with renewable energy projects.
- Oversee the design process of wind farms to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Support the development and preparation of bids for renewable energy projects, including technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Be a technical practice leader for wind farm projects nationally, ensuring best practices and knowledge dissemination across the organisation
- Around 15 years of consulting experience preferred, or adaptable from a major construction background.
- Extensive expertise in wind farm development and construction and proficient in design principles and standards.
- Strong grasp of commercial and risk considerations throughout project phases.
- Effective leadership and team management experience or interest in developing.
- RPEV/RPEQ certification with a relevant engineering degree (electrical/mechanical)
