Theyown and manage 20+ high volume gaming sites across the Globe and have enjoyed considerable growth over the last few years. Their current headcount is 350 including an IT Division of 32 professionals.

This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving. You will have none of the red-tape you'll find in large Corporates and you will be encouraged to suggest improvements if you see them.

Reporting to a highly regarded and experienced Infrastructure Manager, your role will be working closely with other IT team members to maintain and optimize the IT Infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for the business.

You'll tackle a range of responsibilities, from patching systems to monitoring server performance and troubleshooting technical glitches. Your role will involve implementing robust security measures, ensuring data protection, and maintaining the availability of vital systems. You'll also manage backups, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with diverse teams to optimize our infrastructure's efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

Oversee and administer hypervisor servers across multiple platforms such as Microsoft Azure HCI, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare Esxi, Star Wind, and more.
Manage and administer Windows Failover Clusters and Windows servers from version 2008 onwards.
Regularly update and patch various systems across all sites and maintain diverse backup systems, conducting regular backups to minimize data loss risks and ensuring robust recovery procedures for critical systems and databases.
Manage and maintain cloud setups and infrastructure in Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Engage in day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving for various systems and applications.

To be successful in this role you must come with 3+ years hands-on experience as Infrastructure Engineering in a Windows Server environment and with VMware, storage technologies and Azure, AWS and GCP. You will have hands-on experience with SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, and with managing web-servers like IIS, Apache and Nginx. Strong knowledge on Trend Micro and Microsoft Endpoint and are proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell and Python).

Desired certifications include
Azure: Fundamentals, Administrator (Associate), Solution Architect expert
MS: Server Certifications
Other: Administering AWS and GCP cloud platforms

If, on top of the above mentioned, you bring the following nice to have experience, then you are regarded as the ideal candidate:

Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and GitHub for streamlined development processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Email Gateways for efficient communication management.
Solid understanding of database management systems, including MS SQL Server.
Competence in maintaining and administering Linux-based operating systems and applications.
Expertise in administering Microsoft products and solutions, encompassing configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across Azure Enta, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
Proficient in utilizing infrastructure monitoring tools such as PRTG and Grafana for effective system oversight.
Knowledgeable about on-premises and cloud-based SIEM products for comprehensive security monitoring.
Skilled in using various troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Fiddler to resolve issues efficiently.
