    This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the greatest group of people in the Qld Construction industry. This company is full of great names and personalities and the list of projects under way are exceptional and extremely satisfying to be a part of. They include high rise resi, large health and government projects and are all in excess of $100m.

    This opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator will see you take the lead as the Senior Contracts Administrator on one of their, $250m high rise residential construction projects and report directly into the Project Manager. You will have the support of other CA's and administrative support. The project is located near Surfers Paradise as is a fully EBA environment..

    It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes.

    As a Senior Contract Administrator you will have:

    • Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent
    • 10+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Exposure to projects over $50m
