- Reviewing marketing collateral, educational, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing an extensive range of contracts, including marketing and medical materials.
- Assisting the team with day-to-day and ad-hoc operational matters.
- 5+ PQE, with in-house experience highly regarded
- Able to negotiate and draft complex contracts and related documents.
- Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing, and promotion.
- Ability to thrive in a large, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement.
- Understanding and experience in intellectual property and commercialisation on IP.
- Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia.
