    The Opportunity:

    We have a distinguished mining client in search of an HR superintendent to join their team in the Moranbah area. The company values teamwork, providing a fantastic chance for you to progress from your current position to a leadership role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to offer guidance
    • Determine and execute processes and procedures
    • Work with stakeholders to support / engage in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
    • Establish, Execute, Monitor, and Evaluate the Employee Engagement Experience System to guarantee a seamless transition between processes, including regular activities like performance reviews and development plans.
    • Performance and Conduct Oversight
    • Talent Acquisition and Retention
    • Enhancement and modification of existing HR Standards and Procedures
    • Analysis and presentation of HR Metrics
