    Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments, including direct observation, interviews, and data analysis, to identify the underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviours and develop targeted behaviour support plans.

    Collaborate with clients, their support networks, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized behaviour support plans that emphasize positive behaviour reinforcement, skill-building, environmental modifications, and crisis prevention strategies.

    Implement and monitor behaviour support plans, providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to clients, families, and support staff to ensure the consistent implementation of strategies and the achievement of positive behaviour outcomes.
