- Assessing, diagnosing and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders
- Utilising case history, assessment results and clinical observations to develop and review treatment goals and therapy plans to suit the individualized of a diverse population of clients (infants to adults)
- Communicate information and support to families regarding therapy strategies and techniques
- Monitoring client progress by keeping detailed up-to-date progress notes and client records and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters
- Collaborate with clients extended care team and support network to ensure comprehensive care
- Liase with other clinicians and wider team to share learnings. best practices and develop, innovate and refine care plans that aim to provide the best outcomes for clients and their families
