      How will I help?

Australians might be using their money in more ways than ever lately, owning a home is still the dream for many of us. And as a Home Finance Manager in our Modbury or Adelaide branch, you'll help make that happen. Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you'll build great relationships with our customers. Service will become second nature to you, as you meet with customers to find out what their financial needs are today - and what goals they have for tomorrow. And then match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.

      What's in it for me?

At Westpac, we're going through significant changes, and this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with us through the next phase of transformation. You'll play an important part in driving the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years and in return, we'll support you in the development of your career. With continuous opportunities to learn and grow in an inclusive environment backed by a fantastic team of passionate and knowledgeable people, you'll be empowered to thrive with us.

Whatever shape your family takes, we offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave for your nominated primary and support carers. This includes leave to organise adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements.

      What do I need?

Experience with lending is essential. You'll need to be a people person through and through too, who thrives on building great relationships from the very first conversation - and maintaining that quality. Any business and financial know-how would definitely work in your favour as well.

We aim to provide one big, supportive team to help us achieve our purpose of creating better futures together. As well as competitive remuneration and a great culture, joining the Westpac family means you will have access to banking, wealth and insurance benefits.
