    Description

    Help Desk & IT Support - Full Time
    We are looking for a Client Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is enthusiastic about Information & Communication Technology and is passionate about driving business value through technology. In this role, the CTO will lead Unisys accounts, collaborate with sales and operational teams, and ensure the delivery of contracted services to customers. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of clients' IT challenges and business objectives.

    As a Client CTO, you will work closely with teams and Global Delivery Leads to identify opportunities, deliver services, and drive change projects. Your main goal will be to assist customers in their technology journey and provide strategic guidance in Business Planning, Service Excellence, and Innovation Programs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage IT architecture models and develop client-specific strategies
    • Collaborate with client teams to identify new service opportunities
    • Drive internal capability development to meet client needs
    • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance technologies for customers
    • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
    • Drive Applied Innovation and Service Excellence programs
    • Enhance client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
    • Lead Projects & Change Management initiatives

    Requirements:

    • NV1 Security Clearance required
    • Experience in IT Service Delivery or Presales
    • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
    • Minimum 15 years' experience as an IT Architect or CTO
    • Strong knowledge in Digital Workplace
    • Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance
