Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address clients' developmental and functional needs.Implement evidence-based interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills.
Collaborate with families to ensure holistic care and consistent progress monitoring.
Manage caseload efficiently, meeting weekly billable hour targets while maintaining quality of care.
Utilise innovative tools such as AI templates to streamline documentation processes. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Experience working with paediatric clients, preferably in a clinic-based setting.
Strong understanding of paediatric development and occupational therapy interventions.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues.
