    General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

    Full time

    • Opportunity for a Country Manager to join the world's leading contractor in water sector
    • Ranked as leader in sustainable design and execution of water projects, Fisia Italimpianti is part of Webuild
    • Over 95 years of experience and a worldwide operation
    • Specializes in:
    • Water Desalination
    • Water Treatment
    • Sustainable Waste Management

    Looking to expand presence to Australia to capitalize on upcoming water sector projects

    The Country Manager will be Fisia's first employee in Australia

    Responsible for shaping the future, overseeing strategy, and business development

    Tasks include:

    • Identifying opportunities in water treatment & desalination sector in Australia
    • Analyzing opportunities and positioning Fisia as partner of choice
    • Leading bid phase and partner selection for competitive edge
    • Overall leadership of Proposal, Design, Engineering, Construction & Commissioning

    Requirements:

    • 20+ years experience in the water sector
    • Experience with contracting methods such as EPC, D&C, Alliancing
    • Experience with major projects ($200m+)
    • Well networked and respected in the industry
    • Experience in all project phases
    • Willingness to travel as needed
