The RoleThe Advanced Trainee will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in Renal Medicine and provide supervised, high quality comprehensive care across three facilities.
The Location
A coastal city in Queensland, approximately 66 kilometres south-southeast of Brisbane. With a population of 569,997, it is the sixth-largest city in Australia, making it the largest non-capital city, and Queensland's second-largest city. This is a city with all the facilities of a capital city but without the cost of city living or commute to work. Its home to 3 Universities, the state's top Private Schools
The Hospital
Renal Department takes pride in delivering evidence based multidisciplinary care. Trainees will be asked to see patients in Accident and Emergency (AE), Medical Day Unit (MDU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Outpatients and in sub-specialty wards. This position will also rotate across the facilities.
