  • 3 month temp assignment

  • Up to $39 per hour plus super
    • Work for a property investment and fund management organisation who is seeking a Lease Administrator to start immediately on a 3 month assignment. This role is located in the heart of Sydney CBD.

    The business
    This property & investment firm focuses on generating consistent returns for its investors. They achieve this by investing in assets and businesses that provide reliable cash flow and the potential for future value growth. Additionally, they manage investment funds and partnerships for other companies.

    The Role
    In this role you will;
    Manage leases, drafting, processing, and storing lease agreements.
    Tracking rent payments, and ensuring timely payments.
    Maintaining accurate records of leases, tenants, and property information.
    Liaising with colleagues tenants, landlords, and property managers.

    Experience

    To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in lease administration and a background in commercial property. You will be strong with property systems and the ability to pick up processes and systems quickly, as this is for 3 months only.

    This role is offering up to $39ph + super starting immediately.
