    The role
    An opportunity currently exists for a senior lawyer (Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner level) to join and lead the strata practice. There will be ample opportunity to do a broad mix of advisory and disputes work, as well as a wider range of work such as development contracts, collective agreements etc. The client base ready to be tapped in to and leveraged. The sky will be your limit in this role which has uncapped potential. You will be wrapped in the right tools and resources to achieve your personal, professional and financial goals.

    The candidate
    Key skills and attributes sought for this role are as follows:
    - you are likely to be a senior associate, special counsel or partner in a similar role (specialist in strata law) seeking to join a dynamic, growing firm where you can contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm;
    - you will possess broad advisory & litigation skills and be willing to do both;
    - strong technical ability and commercial acumen;
    - strong leadership and mentoring skills
    - drive and motivation to build a practice and kick goals.
